MAIN LIVING SPACE: Vaulted ceilings and exposed beams open up the main living area on the second floor. Relax in this light-filled gathering space, where living, dining area and kitchen combine. A plush sofa and chairs in ocean hues invite you to cozy up after a day on the beach to lounge or watch TV. Prep a meal in the well-stocked kitchen with great central island, stainless appliances and custom-tile backsplash, then enjoy dining together at the large farm table with enough seating for 10. Step out on the screened porch to enjoy the beach breeze and views or BBQ on the gas grill. SLEEPING QUARTERS: With five bedrooms you will have room to sleep 14. Three of the bedrooms occupy the first floor, including a lovely primary suite with a king bed covered in soft linens and a private bathroom. The second is a cozy bunk room with built-in beds to sleep four, also with its own bathroom. The third bedroom is also a master king suite with designer details and bedding on the king. Its private door leads to the expansive back deck with lovely dune views. This room also features a private bath with a large walk-in shower and double vanity! On the second floor, a bedroom with a queen bed and a separate full bath serves another couple. The third floor bedroom offers another adorable set of built-in bunk beds for four. GREAT FEATURES: The home is equipped with 5 Smart TV’s and premium WiFi. Families traveling with young children will appreciate the convenience of a Pack n Play and a high chair included with the home. A wine fridge and bar area in the dining area make entertaining easy. The second-floor rear balcony, with a covered screened porch opening to a sun deck, overlooks a grass backyard and coastal landscape beyond. A gas grill on the sun deck welcomes you to BBQ. Brick pavers line the sidewalk and driveway, leading to the garage and outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. This wonderful home is a short walk or golf cart ride to all of Cinnamon Shore’s amenities and the Port Aransas beach. ***Video camera security is enforced on the premises.
