AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! A third bedroom has a queen bed and access to a shared bathroom across the hall. On the third floor loft, kids will love the bunk area, featuring two sets of custom, built-in bunks that sleep four. It offers excellent views of the Gulf and homes nestled against Lake Gavin. GREAT FEATURES: Relax around the lake, as you watch sunsets or wonder at the stars above. Play washers near the lake or hang a hammock between two of the palm trees accenting the backyard. Listen to the sounds of the Gulf drifting from beyond the dunes.
