Located on Price Street, Southern Charm has been fully renovated with modern conveniences, while keeping the original heart pine floors. Unique architectural details - including soaring 12 foot ceilings with ornate crown molding - create a light and open living and dining area, anchored by the original two-sided fireplace. The first floor also features a large farm table for family to gather and a half bath for added convenience. The first of two bedrooms upstairs has a king sized bed and ensuite bath. The Master Suite also has a king sized bed, and includes a small bonus room containing a makeup vanity and twin bed with trundle, perfect for families with children. There’s plenty of closet space to unpack and settle in during your stay. Established in 1903, generations of Savannahians have enjoyed the food and intriguing array of characters drawn to Clary’s Cafe, located just 2 short blocks from Southern Charm. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
