The Home
The Wandering Artist is two properties combined - the main house, which has two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, and the carriage house, which has an additional bed and bathroom. A private courtyard connects the two homes and makes the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The main house has been recently renovated, converting two homes into one and opening up the space while maintaining the original brick walls. The spacious living room has plenty of comfortable seating, including a Queen sized sleeper sofa, and a large, wall-mounted TV. Duel brick fireplaces, now decorative, are mirrored on both sides of the living space. The dining room has a beautiful, ornate table and opens to the adjacent kitchen, where you’ll find everything you need to prepare a meal at home. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
