Built in 1917 and ideally located just a few minutes walk from River Street, our Lucky Lincoln Condo comfortably accommodates four guests. You’ll have the convenience of a downtown hotel with double the space! The home is uncluttered and modern, while retaining tons of historic charm including the original heart pine floors, crown molding, and ornamental fireplaces. The open floor plan is bright, cheerful and tastefully appointed with cozy furnishings and photos from the surrounding Historic District. The spacious living room has plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV, perfect for finally watching that movie you’ve been meaning to see. The living room opens to the dining room, which has seating for four. The kitchen has plenty of counter space, including a breakfast bar, and is fully equipped so you can enjoy a home cooked meal. The bedrooms are down the hall, where you’ll also find the shared full bathroom with a pedestal sink. The first bedroom has a queen sized bed with a writing desk and closet. The second bedroom has a King bed with a rattan woven headboard. This home is ideally located within a short walk to many of Savannah’s historic points-of-interest and incredible selection of dining options. Try the Conquistador sandwich at Zunzi’s, made famous by the Travel Channel’s Adam Richman. Have a sweet tooth?
