Built circa 1876, this charming historic home home has been recently refurbished to showcase the home’s exposed ceiling beams and wide plank heart pine floors. Warm and inviting, you’ll feel right at home during your stay in Savannah! The living room has a wall mounted television and a new leather sofa bed. Twin decorative fireplaces flank the dining area, which seats 4 to 6 people comfortably. The remodeled kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. A door from the kitchen leads to a private pavered courtyard perfect to enjoy coffee, refreshments, or grill your evening meal. On the main floor, the bright and sunny master bedroom has a queen bed, a TV, dresser and a spacious closet. Adjacent is a full bathroom with a pedestal sink and a tub/shower combination. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
