The Home

High quality apartment, located in a renovated building in Francos Street, in the Santa Cruz neighborhood, behind the City Hall of Seville. It has one bedroom and is very bright but quiet throughout the day. Upon entering, you can find an open space composed of a living room and a kitchen. The living room has been decorated in detail with quality elements and also has a double sofa bed, giving the apartment a maximum capacity of up to 4 people. The kitchen, open to the living room but with a differentiated area, is practical and fully equipped. Accessing through the living room we find a large bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom en-suite with shower. The area of this apartment is unbeatable. The Francos street is a pedestrian street, although very commercial, therefore full of life during the day. At night, it is very quiet as there are no cocktail bars or discos in the area. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
  • On bookings made after May 6th with an arrival date on or before August 31st, guests may cancel up to 10 days before arrival and receive a full refund minus a $75 credit card processing fee. Exclusions may apply for stays longer than 14 nights.
