This home that accommodates thirteen Lucky guests on Broughton Street - Savannah’s "Main Street" - is within short walking distance to most of downtown’s best shopping, dining, and attractions. An architectural gem, this home offers the original historic details dating back to 1860, including intricate iron work and meticulously maintained interiors.
Enter the main home on the ground level, where you will locate the fully stocked kitchen, a cozy breakfast nook, and a large inviting bedroom with King bed. On the 2nd floor, you will find 2 large bedrooms, a primary suite with King bed and another with Queen bed and Twin pull out chair. Guests will enjoy the luxurious beds with hotel-grade linens and plenty of closet space to feel at home. An en suite bath with double vanity, standing shower and large soaking tub can be found just off the primary bedroom.
Walk past the main home and through the expansive courtyard to access the private Carriage House. Upper-level studio, and ground-level studio apartments are equipped with full bathrooms in each unit, along with a fully stocked kitchen in each. Decorated with Southern touches all while keeping your comfort a priority. The Queen size beds are dressed in hotel grade linens, professionally pressed between each visit. With two large closets and a standing chest of drawers, you’re encouraged to unpack your suitcase. A washer and dryer can be found in each apartment of the Carriage House.
