Guests have full private access to the entire apartment, including the bedroom, living areas, kitchen, and patio. Parking is available for one vehicle in the designated space. This is a highly walkable area, with most attractions within a short stroll. A vehicle is optional but helpful for exploring beyond downtown Santa Fe. One reserved parking space is provided. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in consideration of our neighbors. Maximum occupancy is 3 guests. No smoking and no pets are allowed. This home does not have air conditioning; fans are provided for comfort. There is a wood-burning fireplace (please use with care and follow safety guidelines).
