The Home

This sprawling country villa is tucked between the legendary town of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence and the iconic perched villages of Luberon. Its classic cobblestone façade boasts beautiful French windows that look out onto gardens, a terrace, a covered dining area and a swimming pool. Inside, the villa has arched hallways, tasteful, minimalist decor and is painted in classic tones of white, beige, grey and blush.

The home has seven air-conditioned bedrooms, five of which have en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom, with a double bed, is on the main floor and is wheelchair-accessible. The other bedrooms are on the upper floor. The villa also offers a dining room with rustic decor and seats for 14, indoor and outdoor kitchens, a piano, a pool table, games for children and adults, a home theater, Wi-Fi and laundry facilities. Housekeeping services are offered twice a week.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
  • For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
