Enjoy views of a tranquil lagoon and spot local wildlife from the comfort of your private, oversized balcony. Just 300 yards from the beach, your mid-island locale offers quick access to the coast. This condo is also located directly across from a pool and hot tub. Additional amenities include a playground, tennis courts, and racquetball courts. The open living area is outfitted with brand-new furniture and includes a love seat, sleeper sofa, and 55-inch TV. Glass doors slide open to the private balcony, which features lovely lagoon views. When you’re ready to eat, gather at the dining table with seating for up to six.
