ABOUT THE CONDO
The main living space has an attractive open-concept layout on the second floor with large sliding glass doors and ample natural light. Handsome love seats and a set of chairs offer comfy seating for a movie night flat-screen TV with cable while the gas fireplace warms the space.
The kitchen is outfitted with luxury appliances including a Thermador refrigerator and gas range. Eight can sit for an elegant meal at the formal dining table, and a roomy breakfast bar seats four. The condo’s smart and modern aesthetic continues in the half bath on this floor.
The primary bedroom boasts a queen bed, gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. Take-in mountain views via glass doors leading to the main-floor deck. The en-suite bath features a soaking tub and walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle, and the third bedroom has a queen bed. Both have bright en-suite baths with marble floors.
Prime for sunrise, sunset, and evening grilling sessions, a large deck off the living room offers a gas grill, outdoor dining set, and stunning mountain views.
