Paradise Found makes it easy to build a Corpus Christi getaway around the water. Set on the third floor of a waterfront condo community, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat gives families and small groups 1,326 square feet to spread out, plus canal views, a shared pool, fishing access, and a private boat slip and lift for days that start and end outside.
Inside, the condo keeps things bright, colorful, and easygoing. The living room offers a comfortable place to unwind with plenty of seating, a TV, and a sleeper sofa for added sleeping flexibility, while the dining area and breakfast bar keep meals connected to the kitchen. The full kitchen is stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, and the basics for breakfasts, beach-day snacks, or dinner at home, and an in-unit washer and dryer make sandy towels and longer stays much easier to manage. Books, toys, linens, and other everyday necessities help the condo feel ready for a relaxed family stay from the start, while an elevator adds extra convenience for getting to and from the third floor.
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms keep the sleeping setup practical for couples, families, or friends traveling together. The layout gives everyone a real place to recharge after pool afternoons, fishing sessions, or full days by the Gulf, without making the condo feel cramped.
Outside is where Paradise Found really earns its name. Start with coffee on the private balcony overlooking the canal, then head downstairs for a swim in the shared pool, where a shallow 1.5- to 2-foot section gives younger children an easier place to splash. The nearby fishing dock makes it simple to cast a line without leaving the property, while a private boat slip and lift let boaters turn the condo into a true waterfront base. A private garage adds another practical perk, with room for a small car, golf cart, kayaks, fishing gear, or the sandy beach equipment you would rather not carry upstairs.
The location keeps island days easy without locking you into one kind of trip. Set on North Padre Island, Paradise Found is within walking distance of local restaurants and island shops, while Gulf beaches are about a 5–8 minute drive away. Head out for a morning at Whitecap Beach, spend the afternoon fishing or surfing around Packery Channel, or stay closer to home for boating and time on the water. When you want to explore farther, more of Padre Island’s shoreline and coastal recreation are within easy reach. Whether the day calls for beach time, fishing, boating, or a little of everything, Paradise Found gives you a waterfront base that keeps the best of the island close.
