Everything you need for a comfortable stay is already set up. If anything comes up, we’re a quick message away.
🚶 Walking — Inner SE Portland is one of the city’s most walkable areas, with easy access to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and nightlife along Burnside, Belmont, and Hawthorne.
🚌 Bus — TriMet Route 12 (Sandy/Burnside) and Route 20 (Burnside/Stark) provide frequent service to downtown (~10 min). Route 70 (12th Ave) also serves the area.
🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations nearby. Portland’s bike lane network makes cycling easy and safe.
🚗 Driving — Metered and free street parking available (read signs for restrictions). Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically arrives in under 5 minutes.
✈️ Airport — PDX is about 16 minutes by car or reachable via MAX from nearby downtown stations.
My building has been fully renovated but the bones are still old. The walls/ceilings can be pretty thin so please keep in mind that there will be guests and tenants in other units during your stay.
Unfortunately, we don’t have any on-site parking available. Free street parking with no time restrictions is generally easiest on the neighborhood blocks east of SE 12th. Some closer spaces and nearby lots may have time limits or retail restrictions, so please check posted signs.
