After Hours check-in (10pm to 10am) will incur a charge of 100 AED. •The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation. • Please return the access cards in good condition upon your checkout. Replacement of lost or damaged access cards will be charged at a rate of AED 500 per card. NOTE: Please DO NOT smoke inside our home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee of AED 3500 for professional odor removal, AC Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning and sanitation.
