Late Check-Out: AED 100 per hour (maximum 2 hours, subject to availability) Check-In Outside Standard Hours (10:00 PM – 9:00 AM): AED 100 Please return access cards in good condition upon checkout. Replacement of lost or damaged cards will be charged AED 500 per card. No smoking inside the apartment. Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee of AED 3,500 for professional odor removal, AC duct cleaning, furniture cleaning, and sanitation.
