The open-concept living areas make it easy for everyone to spread out or gather together, and with four TVs — in the family room, primary bedroom, den, and out on the lanai — there’s always a comfortable spot to unwind. Resort-Style Private Pool and Spa With Outdoor Living The backyard is made for relaxing days in the Florida sun. An oversized rectangular pool and spa are set on a travertine tile pool deck, complete with a large sun shelf and in-pool chaise loungers for easy lounging right in the water. The covered lanai offers additional seating with a dining area for six, two Adirondack chairs, and four chaise loungers, while a pergola in the fully fenced backyard provides a shaded spot with seating for four.
