Sustainability meets luxury with features like solar panels, energy-efficient windows, and durable materials. Inside, you’ll find seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, each finished with Italian flair. The centerpiece of the main floor is a dramatic 22-foot fireplace with marble details, complemented by a kitchen featuring Italian oak cabinetry, sleek marble countertops, and Miele appliances. The lower level is packed with amenities, including a full wellness center with gym, sauna, hammam, and a lounge with a wet bar. The outdoor spaces are equally impressive, with an infinity-edge pool, sundeck, and spacious terraces offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Whether you’re entertaining or enjoying quiet time, this home is designed to bring luxury and nature together seamlessly. To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with approval and a one time $150 charge per pet. Property Manager requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home. This property requires owner approval for all reservations, and is subject to a background check after the booking is completed to confirm the reservation. The pool is open seasonally and will close on September 28, 2026. It is professionally cleaned and chemically balanced weekly; however, as an open-air pool, natural debris between service visits is normal. A skimmer net is provided for your convenience, and our team is always happy to assist if needed. Pool heating is available for an additional $75/night and is designed to maintain temperatures up to approximately 82–84°F under normal operating and weather conditions. Outdoor pool temperatures may vary based on weather, usage, and other external factors. While we make every effort to ensure the heater is functioning properly, pool heating cannot be guaranteed at a specific temperature at all times. In the unlikely event the heater is unavailable due to a mechanical or service issue, pool heating fees will be refunded. Utilities, including pool heating, are billed separately for stays over 14 nights. As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee equivalent to a 1-night worth of reservation as well as possible removal from the property.
