The kitchen comes fully stocked, with high-end stainless appliances, a large refrigerator, generous cabinetry, and an oversized island with seating that tends to become the unofficial gathering spot. A dining table seats eight, the living room centers on a large plush sofa and a 55" smart TV, and a dedicated workspace means anyone who has to check in with the outside world can do it without hijacking the kitchen counter. Four bedrooms sleep up to eleven. Two king rooms — one on the main level, one upstairs — give couples or parents somewhere quiet to land, the upstairs king opening to its own ensuite bath. A main-level queen room keeps things flexible, and a bunk room handles the younger crew with room to spare. Every bedroom has its own smart TV, ceiling fans keep things cool, and splitting the sleeping quarters across both levels lets early risers and late sleepers keep their own hours. Baths come stocked with full-size toiletries, so nobody’s rationing a travel bottle by day three. Downtime here has options. Home Truths: - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Property Manager’s approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Quiet hours are observed daily from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests. - Pack ’n play is available upon request. For the safety and security of the property, exterior security cameras are located at the front entrance/back yard/side yard. Parking Details: - Parking in driveway for 2 cars max. - No street parking allowed (you may be towed) - You can find additional parking if needed on Charming Way for overflow parking - it is marked as such. If it is available, you can park there. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at Property Manager than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
