This beautiful finca with mountain views is the ideal retreat for 14+4 guests seeking to disconnect in a peaceful setting. The outdoor areas of the property invite guests to enjoy the Mediterranean climate, with a large 10 m x 5 m swimming pool and a depth ranging from 0.90 m to 1.90 m. Around it, the paved area offers plenty of space for sunbathing or cooling off under the outdoor shower. Guests can also make the most of the gas barbecue and prepare a delicious meal to enjoy together. The estate features a spacious garden and several terraces spread across different levels, ideal for admiring the starry nights. The interior is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a bright living room equipped with a Smart TV and air conditioning, open to the dining area for shared meals. The kitchen, fitted with gas hobs, has all the utensils needed for comfortable cooking. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house has 7 bedrooms, all with two single beds, air conditioning and wardrobes, distributed across both floors. Some of the rooms have direct access to the terrace or balcony and offer enough space to add up to four extra beds with foldaway beds. If you are travelling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair. In addition, there are six bathrooms: three en suite with a shower, one with a bathtub, another separate bathroom with a shower, and an additional toilet. The house is located in the northeast of the island, in Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, a village that has preserved its local essence with markets, festivities and an authentic atmosphere. Just a few minutes away by car are popular destinations such as Sa Coma and Cala Millor, known for their long stretches of fine sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters.
