The Space
This spacious three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom home comfortably accommodates families, couples, business travelers, and small groups looking for a premium East Austin experience.
The first floor features an open-concept layout with polished concrete floors, designer furnishings, abundant natural light, and a chef-inspired kitchen that serves as the heart of the home. The living room has a large smart TV and Sonos sound system with lots of comfortable seating. The adjoining dining area has a table for 6 people with additional seating with 3 barstools by the kitchen counter. The primary bedroom, second bedroom and laundry room are on the second floor. The third floor features the third bedroom with a balcony overlooking East Austin.
