"The Bonus Package" offers everything you need to ensure you enjoy a comfortable, luxurious stay! This home boasts 3 bedrooms & 2 baths, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, indoor laundry room with front load washer & dryer, garage and beautiful backyard patio with outdoor furniture and panoramic views. The home is also pet-friendly (please note there is a $50 pet fee if you plan on bringing your furry friends. Pet Policy: Pets are NOT allowed to be unattended in the home at any time, please understand and respect our policy.). Master Bedroom: King bed, seating areas, storage, ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2: Queen bed, storage areas. Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, storage areas. Both bathrooms are spacious and have showers and bathtubs, and have complimentary shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Living Room: Plush couches and chair, coffee table, large screen TV. Kitchen: Fully-equipped so you can prepare your own gourmet meals, dining table and countertop seating. Laundry room: Full-size washer & dryer with complimentary detergent and fabric softener. Garage: You will have access to the two-car garage, as well. Backyard: Patio with table & chairs and fantastic views of the red cliffs. Make use of the propane BBQ grill and dine outside. You’ll also have access to the community pools, spa, gym, hiking trails, BBQ area and game room. If you do bring your dogs, the dog park is right out back. Keypad lock to open the door. We will send you a private lock code prior to your check-in. Clubhouse and pool hours are 5AM to 11PM. The outdoor pool is closed for the winter from November 1st to the last week in May, weather permitting. La Estancia is just minutes away from the charming and historic Kanab center, with its award-winning restaurants and shops. Our guests can hike, bike and walk directly to everything the town has to offer. Hwy 89 is less than a mile away providing access to our world-renowned national parks and recreational areas surrounding Kanab. Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places. Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away. It’s <b>important</b> to note that there are VERY strict CC&R’s established in the La Estancia neighborhood. For EACH day any of the rules are broken, you will be FINED anywhere from $100 to $500, depending on the rule. Rules for La Estancia Community: - There is NO parking on the street whatsoever! You’re welcome to park your vehicles in the driveway or in the garage. - If you bring ATV’s, they CANNOT be parked in the driveway and MUST be parked in the garage. - Absolutely NO parties or events are to be held in any of the houses. - Tenants may NOT invite outside guests (friends or relatives not staying in the home) to use the common area facilities. - Please be respectful of the neighbors who live in the community. Please make sure to put the pool key back in its original place once you are done using it. If you lose the pool key it is a <b>$250 FEE</b> to replace it. Again, this property is a pet-friendly property and does require a $50 pet fee if you plan on bringing your furry friends.
