Must be 25 years of age to rent this property. • Early Check-In / Late Check-Out - Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability. • No Events or Weddings - We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted. • Boat Dock Info - Planning to bring your own boat? We’re happy to help—but please check with us first.
