It features three comfortable bedrooms with double beds, while two additional guests can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. One of the bedrooms offers a pleasant view of Lake Vrana, the largest natural lake in Croatia. At the heart of the villa is a bright open-plan living area combining the lounge, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Warm tones, natural materials, and modern furnishings create a welcoming atmosphere where guests will immediately feel at home. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a carefree stay, including a coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, and other meal preparation essentials. Guests have access to two modern bathrooms with showers, satellite TV in the living room, and a television in each bedroom. The entire villa is fully air-conditioned, with air-conditioning units installed in all bedrooms as well as in the shared living area. Special attention has been given to the outdoor space, designed for enjoying warm Dalmatian days. The private swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, while the landscaped garden provides peace and privacy. For additional comfort, an outdoor shower is also available. The covered terrace with an outdoor dining table is perfect for a morning coffee or evening gatherings, while a traditional stone barbecue is available for guests who enjoy outdoor cooking. There is also a trampoline in the yard for family enjoyment. For families with young children, a baby cot and high chair are available upon request. Thanks to its excellent location, guests can explore the natural beauty of Lake Vrana, the many beaches of Biograd na Moru, and the rich cultural and gastronomic offerings of the nearby cities of Zadar and Šibenik. The villa serves as an excellent base for discovering the most beautiful parts of Northern Dalmatia while providing the peace and privacy needed for complete relaxation.
