All the city’s main museums, monuments, and streets can be visited on foot. It’s an ideal location to enjoy the museums, promenades, gardens, and landmarks of the center. IMPORTANT: As this is a very central apartment, there may be nighttime noise, especially on weekends (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday) and public holidays. FREEZER: The apartment has a refrigerator but no freezer, as we are waiting for it to be repaired or replaced shortly. NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in the building’s common areas; it is only allowed on the exterior balconies. CHECK-IN: Check-in is from 15:00. We do our best to welcome guests at the time they need, upon request. PETS: Pets are welcome. Owners are responsible for the animal’s well-being and any damages. House rules and the homeowners’ association rules must be respected. A €20 fee applies per reservation, as we must perform a special cleaning to avoid affecting allergic guests. We can provide a pet bed and food/water bowls upon request.
