The villa is located in the small town of Ljubač, 15 kilometers from Zadar. This village is known for its sandy beaches, which are ideal for children due to their shallow waters – and after about a hundred meters the sea does not rise above the knees. The sea is pleasantly warm even when other surrounding areas are colder. In addition to several main beaches, there are a number of restaurants where you can enjoy food or simply have a drink by the sea.
Lubey 2 is an ideal choice for a family or a small group of friends and can accommodate up to 8 people. This part of the villa consists of 4 comfortable bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and an additional toilet, providing a high level of comfort and privacy for all guests. Guests have at their disposal a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room, perfect for socializing together.
The exterior of the villa is particularly attractive – next to the pool and sunbathing area you can enjoy peace, privacy and a beautiful view.
Important: Villa Lubey can be rented in its entirety for up to 13 people. In this case, both units are in operation. When you book Lubey 2, you have exclusive use of this part of the villa (for 8 people), while the other part is closed and not rented to other guests during your stay, ensuring complete privacy.

About the area
Zaton, Croatia, is a picturesque coastal village that offers a serene escape into the heart of the Dalmatian coast. Nestled in a beautiful bay, Zaton is a hidden gem that provides a tranquil alternative to the nearby bustling tourist centers, making it an ideal destination for those seeking both relaxation and adventure.
One of the main attractions in Zaton is its stunning pebble beaches, where crystal-clear waters invite swimmers, snorkelers, and sunbathers to enjoy the Adriatic Sea's embrace. The calm bay is also perfect for kayaking and paddleboarding, offering a peaceful way to explore the scenic coastline and its secluded coves.
For history enthusiasts, Zaton is a treasure trove of cultural heritage. The village is just a stone's throw away from the historic city of Dubrovnik, allowing visitors to easily venture out and walk along the ancient city walls, wander through the limestone-paved streets, and discover the rich history of this UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Back in Zaton, the charming promenade is lined with traditional Dalmatian stone houses, cozy restaurants, and cafes. Here, visitors can indulge in the local cuisine, savoring fresh seafood and regional specialties such as peka, a dish of meat or seafood cooked under a bell-like dome in an open fire.
The surrounding area is dotted with olive groves and vineyards, where travelers can partake in agritourism experiences. Wine tasting tours offer a glimpse into the region's winemaking traditions, and visitors can sample some of Croatia's finest wines while enjoying the picturesque countryside.
For those looking to connect with nature, the nearby hills provide ample hiking and biking trails that offer panoramic views of the bay and the lush Mediterranean landscape. The region's natural beauty continues to captivate outdoor enthusiasts, with opportunities for bird watching and discovering the diverse flora and fauna.
Zaton's proximity to the Elaphiti Islands is another draw for visitors. These idyllic islands are easily accessible by boat, and day trips can be arranged for those wishing to explore their sandy beaches, crystal-clear waters, and sleepy villages.
In essence, Zaton is a destination that offers a harmonious blend of natural beauty, cultural richness, and leisurely pursuits. Its laid-back atmosphere, coupled with the allure of the Adriatic Sea and the charm of Dalmatian life, makes Zaton a worthwhile place to visit for travelers looking to experience the quieter side of Croatia's enchanting coast.
