A 200 sqm country house in the heart of the Tarn, about 30 minutes from Toulouse and on the edge of the Gaillac vineyards. Five bedrooms, two bathrooms, a swimming pool, a shaded patio and a large mature garden make it ideal for a family or a group of friends, or for a peaceful work stay in the countryside. Character interior with exposed beams, stone and brick, a fully fitted modern kitchen and a games room. La Toscane spans 200 sqm with real character: exposed beams, stone and brick walls and open living spaces. The ground floor has a fully fitted modern kitchen with a central island, comfortable living areas and a games room. Five bedrooms sleep up to 10 guests: bedroom 1, a double bed; bedroom 2, a double bed; bedroom 3, a double bed plus a sofa bed; bedroom 4, a double bed; bedroom 5, two single beds. Two full bathrooms. Outside you will find a swimming pool, a covered patio with garden furniture and a large tree-shaded garden for meals and quiet evenings. You have exclusive use of the entire house throughout your stay, including the garden, the patio and the pool. Check-in is self-service and clear arrival instructions are sent before you come. A car is essential: there is no public transport within walking distance. Toulouse is roughly 30 minutes away by car, the Gaillac wine villages are close by, and Toulouse-Blagnac airport is reachable by road. Plan for a vehicle for shopping, sightseeing and day trips. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please note that check-in is from 17:00 and check-out is by 11:00. As this is a rural property, a car is essential for your stay. We kindly ask you to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, particularly during the evening hours. Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited, and please ensure children are supervised at all times when using the swimming pool. Before your departure, we request that you leave the kitchen clean, empty the bins, and return furniture to its original place. A security deposit is required for your booking, and any damage or excessive mess may result in additional charges. Our team at Property Manager is available to assist you throughout your stay should you have any questions or require support.
