As a corner unit, the condo offers more privacy and reduced street noise compared to typical downtown units. Guests have access to the entire condo unit and amenities of the secured-entry building including: 1- Pool Table and TV Lounge are on the first floor next to the lobby. Access can arranged with the concierge. 2- Rooftop deck offering great views of Seattle and a seating area. You will need your Key Fob to access the rooftop. Hours are 7am-10pm. 3- Shared laundry facility on the 2nd floor 4- Trash and recycle on the 4th floor (outside through Exit door). To the stadium: 6 minutes drive or 8-10 min Light Rail ride from West Lake station to International District or Stadium stations. The area is well served by Uber and Lyft, is 5 blocks from light rail at Westlake Station to the airport and UW, and is just one block to the nearest bus stop. 1- The condo is centrally located in a vibrant urban setting. As with most city properties, some street noise and traffic sounds are a natural part of the experience. 2- Parking is not included but can be reserved through the host for $35/day. Alternatively, there are nearby garages or street parking. 3- Each unit has an individual heating control; however, maximum temperature is regulated by the building’s HOA. A portable heater is provided for added comfort. 4- The Elektra is a 16-story building with roots dating back to 1949 and a full remodel in 1997. It carries a distinct vintage character and offers a comfortable, well-located stay in the heart of the city. 5- Lost or misplaced unit key or fob: $100 replacement fee per item. 6- Lost or misplaced garage fob: $200 replacement fee. ****We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors.
