• This home does not have air conditioning and is equipped with heating and tower fans only. While temperatures are usually moderate, the home can become warm during summer heat waves. • The garage is reserved for owner use and is not accessible to guests. Two designated guest parking spaces are provided.

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• Cancellation — Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly no parties or events. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas and balconies (smoking is permitted across the street only). No digital piracy is allowed, and shoes are not permitted inside the home. A $500 fine will be charged for each violation.
