BEDROOMS This home has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. Bedroom 1 - Indulge in the spacious luxury of the primary bedroom located on the middle floor, featuring a king bed with brand new matress, and a private en-suite full bathroom. Bedroom 2 - Located on the lower floor, this modern bedroom boasts a king set up (two twins pushed together) and an en-suite full bathroom. There are also two twin sized trundle beds that pull out from either side of the bed. Bedroom 3 - Found on the lower floor, this bedroom features a set of twin bunk beds, plus a trundle bed and additional single bed. You will also find a dedicated workspace, making it a cozy, multi-functional space for rest, play, or remote work. BATHROOMS You’ll find 4 clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting and hotel-grade towels in this home. 1 Full Bath is located on the Top Floor. 1 Full Bath is located on the Middle Floor. 2 Full Baths are located on the Lower Floor. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group’s needs. KITCHEN & LOUNGE Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances with everything you will need to cook magnificent dinners. The dining area is perfect for enjoying a meal with your group and guests. We expect guests to respect our house and noise policies at all times- parties are not permitted. If you are unsure of of something, please reach out- we’re happy to help. Additional fees may apply if these policies are not followed. •Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana, is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $1,000 smoking remediation fee. •Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees. •Early check-ins may be requested the day of arrival through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it fully depends on the calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in. •Late checkout is not available due to cleaning schedules.
