You’ll have a gorgeous and private outdoor space with a private pool and spa, a putting green, and ample space to relax and unwind in both shade and sunshine.
Enter through the gated courtyard and step inside to find a great room with exposed-beam ceilings, a wall of glass doors that open to the terrace, and a U-shaped sectional sofa positioned in front of a big-screen TV and a gas fireplace. It’s a perfect space to entertain, with a six-person dining room, an adjacent wet bar, and a remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a center island for prep work, an eat-in table by the window, and a large bar counter for four that connects to the billiard room. The terrace out back is just as wonderful for entertaining, whether you’re enjoying the private pool and spa, playing air hockey in the shade, practicing your putt with a view of the mountains, or grilling an al fresco dinner.
At night, you’ll find the three king bedrooms - each with a Roku TV and access to the outdoors - in the east wing of the house, and two trundle beds in the billiard room on the west side. Additional features include four full bathrooms, central air conditioning throughout, and a private washer/dryer off the kitchen.
