The apartment:
Three-bedroom apartments stand out for their spaciousness, comfort and contemporary design. All bedrooms feature double beds and the living room includes a comfortable sofa, offering ample and welcoming spaces to enjoy a relaxed and comfortable stay.
The American kitchen integrates naturally into the living area, providing functionality and visual spaciousness to the overall apartment. The bathrooms, equipped with shower trays, feature a modern and practical design conceived to offer maximum comfort during your stay.
The decoration follows an elegant and contemporary line, combining neutral tones, natural materials and contemporary design furniture.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.
The apartment is located on the third floor, without a lift.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest’s identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation. Please note: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system.
Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
