BEDROOMS This home has 2 bedrooms with smart televisions and can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably with the inclusion of a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Bedroom 1 - Indulge in the spacious luxury of the primary master bedroom, featuring a King bed and a dedicated workspace equipped with a desk, chair, and monitor. The modern design blends comfort and style seamlessly, offering a serene retreat that invites relaxation. Bedroom 2 - This modern guest bedroom boasts 1 Queen bed, creating a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. Sleek furnishings and elegant decor make it a cozy yet stylish haven. BATHROOMS You’ll find 2.5 clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. You’ll find 1 walk-in booth shower, 1 tub/shower combo (both located en-suite within the bedrooms), and 1 half bathroom near the entry which also houses the in-unit washer and dryer. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group’s needs. KITCHEN & LOUNGE Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen, with everything you will need to cook magnificent dinners. The dining area is perfect for enjoying a meal with your group and guests. We expect guests to respect our house and noise policies at all times- parties are not permitted. If you are unsure of of something, please reach out- we’re happy to help. Additional fees may apply if these policies are not followed. •Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana, is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $1,000 smoking remediation fee. •Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees. •Early check-ins may be requested the day of arrival through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it fully depends on the calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in. •Late checkout is not available due to cleaning schedules. Failure to check out on time will result in a $125 charge.  •To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials- including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
