As part of our standard guest verification process, guests may be required to choose one of the following options prior to check-in to cover any accidental damage that may occur during their stay: A non-refundable Damage Waiver of 10 EUR per night, OR * A refundable 500 EUR Security Deposit If you choose the Security Deposit option, please note the following: 💳 A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your payment method 2 days before check-in. ✅ If no damage is reported, the hold will be automatically released 2 days after check-out. 🔁 For longer stays, the authorization hold will be renewed every 7 days to ensure coverage for the full duration of your reservation.
