This apartment is available for a minimum stay of one month under "Bail Mobilité" in accordance with French law (ELAN law / mobility lease framework). To rent under Bail Mobilité, the tenant must justify - at the start of the lease - that they fall into one of the eligible categories, such as: - Professional training - Professional assignment / job change - Temporary assignment (seasonal workers, temporary needs) - Studies (including graduate studies) - Apprenticeship contract - Internship - Voluntary engagement as part of a civic service Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment and all amenities during their stay. You can even explore the city by bicycle (VELIB) as there is a station located one minute away by foot from the apartment. Check-in: standard check-in time after 3:00 PM. As part of our standard guest verification process, guests may be required to choose one of the following options prior to check-in to cover any accidental damage that may occur during their stay: A non-refundable Damage Waiver of 10 EUR per night, OR * A refundable 500 EUR Security Deposit If you choose the Security Deposit option, please note the following: 💳 A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your payment method 2 days before check-in. ✅ If no damage is reported, the hold will be automatically released 2 days after check-out. 🔁 For longer stays, the authorization hold will be renewed every 7 days to ensure coverage for the full duration of your reservation.
