This fully-equipped 88 m² T4 apartment comprises an air-conditioned living/dining room with an extensible table, 6 chairs and a sofa bed (160x200 cm), as well as a fully-equipped kitchen.
There are three air-conditioned bedrooms (13 m², 11 m² and 9 m²) with queen-size beds (160x200 cm) (one of which has a sea view), two shower rooms (one with toilet) and a separate toilet.
The apartment features a 6 m² loggia overlooking the sea, with garden furniture.
On the first floor of the building, you’ll also have access to a 6 m² room with racks for storing surfboards or bikes.

You will have private access to the entire apartment, its equipment and loggia, as well as to the ground-floor room shared with the second apartment.
