Guests arrive through the communal garage and can take the elevator or stairs to the top floor. Inside, a welcoming entryway opens into a bright main living area with vaulted ceilings, contemporary furnishings, and scenic mountain views.

The living room features a sectional with chaise and swivel chair, a sleek gas fireplace with a custom wood-paneled accent wall, and a 75” Samsung Smart TV with Sonos soundbar and YouTube TV! From here, step onto the oversized private balcony, where cushioned seating, a fire pit, and a gas BBQ create the perfect space to relax while enjoying views of Deer Valley and the Jordanelle Reservoir.

The all-new chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with Viking stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. Stylish stone countertops, a center island with bar seating, and a thoughtful layout make cooking and entertaining a delight. The adjacent dining area offers a table for six with plenty of natural light and open flow to the living room and kitchen, creating a warm and inviting space for shared meals.
Bedrooms / Bathrooms:
Primary suite features a comfortable king bed framed by a wood-paneled accent wall, a 50” Samsung Smart TV, a walk-in closet, and direct access to the balcony. The en suite bathroom includes a dual-sink vanity and a glass-enclosed tile shower.
Guest bedroom 2 also offers a king bed, Smart TV, a desk and chair, and a closet with built-in shelving, along with access to a full shared bathroom that includes a dual-sink vanity and a tub/shower combination.
Bedroom 3 is designed as a bunk room with an XL twin over queen bed, a Smart TV, an electronic stand-up desk and a double-door closet, making it ideal for kids or additional guests. There is access to the full shared bath.
