Guests can enter the property through the garage or the front door, stepping into the main level living area that is open and bright with a vaulted ceiling and hardwood flooring. Living Room: Relax in the modern living room, featuring luxury furnishings including a plush American Leather king memory foam sleeper sofa, a comfortable leather armchair, and a gas fireplace. Enjoy entertainment with the Smart TV with DirecTV, or step out onto the covered deck with mountain views. Kitchen: The chef’s kitchen is equipped with stylish stone countertops, a kitchen island, and top-of-the-line JennAir stainless-steel appliances, including a 4-burner gas range. The kitchen also features a drip and Nespresso coffee machine, a coffee grinder, and an electric kettle for all your coffee or tea desires. Dining Area: Adjacent to the kitchen and living room, the dining area boasts a lovely wood table with chairs and bench seating for up to seven, perfect for family meals and gatherings. Family Room (Lower Level): The lower-level family room offers additional luxury furnishings, including an American Leather king memory foam sleeper sofa and a Smart TV. For some indoor entertainment, enjoy a game on the foosball table. This room also provides access to the back covered patio, where you can relax in the soothing hot tub and take in the peaceful views.
