Park City Apex 303 is a true ski-in/ski out property in the new slope-side Apex Residences in the Park City Canyons Village. Along with easy access to the slopes, this property is close to shopping, restaurants and other exciting activities going on at the Canyons Village base. Or you can hop on the Electric Express (free Park City bus) from the Canyons Transit Center to get to Historic Main Street in two stops or Kimball Junction in one stop!
The condominium offers 1,500 square feet within one level, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms to sleep up to nine guests.
After parking in the underground community parking garage, you will take the elevator will up to the condo. From the interior hallway, you will find a bench and coat rack. You’ll then step through another door to access the condo, stepping into the main living area holding the living room, dining area and kitchenette.
Living Room: Features a comfortable, contemporary recliner sofa and an additional love seat, a cozy gas fireplace and a Smart TV.
Kitchenette: Well-equipped and extremely functional, this space offers a stainless-steel dishwasher and full-size refrigerator, microwave, single electric burner and convection toaster oven (there is no regular oven/range stovetop). There’s also a crockpot and cooking utensils, as well as a drip coffee maker and electric kettle.
Dining Area: Seating for up to seven guests at the dining table.
The dining and kitchenette area has access to the large deck where you will find outdoor dining, a BBQ grill, and a private hot tub—great for outdoor relaxing.
Bedrooms / Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom — King bed, Smart TV and access to the deck with the private hot tub. The en suite bathroom offers two stone counter sinks, a large shower with double showerheads, a water closet, and walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2– Queen size bed, Roku Smart TV, walk-in closet, access to the full shared bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 3/Bunk Room — Triple twin bunk beds, twin over twin bunk beds (total of five twin size beds), Roku TV, private bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Community Amenities: Apex members and guests enjoy exclusive access to the slope-side clubhouse, where you can enjoy après ski cocktails in the lounge or take a dip in the heated pool, hot tub and enjoy the outdoor fire pit. Get a workout the fitness center, or relax in the steam room and sauna. The concierge at the clubhouse can assist you in booking spa treatments. Enjoy some and games in the game room with multiple screens and games. The Canyons Village Connect shuttle service is also available during ski season.
