A personal vehicle is necessary to get around in this area - rideshare apps are not guaranteed. -Pipes Canyon Homestead: Sleeping Arrangements- Primary Bedroom: King bed + Twin pull out bed Second Bedroom: Queen bed Additional sleeping arrangements: One couch + two twin pull outs -Pipes Canyon Lookout: Sleeping Arrangements Primary Bedroom: King bed Second Bedroom: Queen bed Third Bedroom: Queen bed Additional sleeping arrangements: Two large couches + one twin pull out *Note: The twin pull-outs are portable, offering flexible sleeping arrangements that can be moved to the living area.* -Hot Tub Service- The hot tubs are serviced Tuesday and Friday, approximately between 11am and 4pm. Please note that these times are estimates and may change slightly due to our technician’s busy schedule. He will not approach the house but will go directly through to the backyard. -Dogs- Pipes Canyon Retreat welcomes your dogs! There is a $100 per dog per stay fee, limit of 4 dogs maximum. Please note on your reservation if you are bringing dog(s) and how many, and we will adjust the price accordingly. There is an unauthorized pet fee of $500. Please use the provided dog sheets before allowing your dogs on any furniture. Cats and other pets are not allowed. -Guided Yoga, Sound Baths, Meditation, Massages & Personal Chefs- Please reach out to us if you’d like recommendations for yoga instructors, guided sound baths, guided meditation, massages or personal chefs. Often times vendors are available come directly to the house. -Security Cameras- There are security cameras mounted by the front doors in order to monitor the quantity of people and cars on the property, so we may ensure compliance with local ordinances. There are no security cameras in any private areas of the home. -Parking- Parking is available for 3 vehicles (Homestead) and 4 vehicles (Lookout) in the driveway. -Trash Service- The dumpster is located at the top of the driveway. -STVR Permitting- Per county regulations: Please note that these are two separate listings with their own individual STVR permit numbers next door to each other, being rented together. -Damage Waiver Policy- Each reservation requires either a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
