This expansive home offers 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and multiple entertainment areas – perfect for families and groups sleeping up to 20 guests. Two Primary Suites – One on the first floor and one on the second, both with king beds, desks, and ensuite bathrooms – Bedroom 1: The first-floor primary also includes a king pull-out sofa bed – Bedroom 2: The second-floor primary features a hidden bookcase door for a playful, secret-room entrance (plus a standard door for convenience) Additional Bedrooms – 1 King Bedroom (2nd Floor) – 3 Queen Bedrooms (1 on the 1st Floor, 2 on the 2nd Floor) – 1 Kids’ Room with 2 Twin-over-Twin Bunk Beds - King Size Pull-Out Sofa Bed in the Movie Room (2nd Floor) Bathrooms - Full Bathroom 1 - En-Suite Bathroom for Primary Bedroom on the 1st Floor. - Full Bathroom 2 - Located in the hallway between the Primary Bedroom, Bedroom 2 and the Office on the 1st Floor. - Full Bathroom 3 - En-Suite Bathroom for Secret Second Primary Bedroom on the 2nd Floor. - Full Bathroom 4 - Located in the hallway by the movie room on the 2nd floor. - Full Bathroom 5 - Located in the hallway when you first go up the stairs on the 2nd Floor. Entertainment – A media/game room upstairs with air hockey, foosball, ping pong, and more – perfect for hours of fun All linens and bath towels are provided Please note: pool towels are not provided - Bathtub in the master bedroom is currently out of service- - PET-FRIENDLY STAY: House-trained pets are allowed for a fee of $150 per pet per stay. Please register your pets in the reservation in section where guests are also registered. - NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS: We want you to enjoy the home but only registered guests are allowed during your stay. If you have a large group, please let us know so we can see if this home is a good fit. - ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS: The base nightly rate covers the first six guests. Starting from the seventh guest, there’s an additional fee of $39 per guest per night before fees and taxes. - ENTERTAINMENT: All our smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Feel free to log into your accounts. If you forget to sign out upon checkout, don’t worry, let us know and we’ll do it for you. - NO INDOOR SMOKING: Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation will incur a $500 fine. If you or any member of your group wish to smoke, please do so outdoors and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of. - POOL AND HOT TUB: Please note that the pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. THE POOL IS NOT HEATED - LANDSCAPING: The landscaper goes once a week. - SECURITY CAMERAS: For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house. - HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS: Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit. - PEST CONTROL: This home features a garden area. Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. We strive to keep the house clean and have monthly pest control measures in place.
