The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests. - Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We’ll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so. - No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. - Landscaping Is done once a week. The Hot Tub is serviced twice a week in summer months and once a week all other months. The pool guy will enter using the backyard door. Since the hot tub is outdoors, it is possible for leaves or natural debris to accumulate between service visits, despite regular maintenance. -WASHER OUT OF SERVICE- - SECURITY CAMERAS - For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house. - House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit. - Pest Control: The Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs. You might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. - Wifi: High-speed wifi is available; no cable. -Direct access to the Golf Course (please note that teatime must be done directly with the golf course) NO WEAPONS POLICY Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property, including firearms, ammunition, air guns, tasers, and explosives. Bringing, storing, or using any weapon on the property will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and may be reported to us and the specific platform you’re booking through and local authorities.
