This 1BR/1BA condo includes a separate bedroom, full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, premium bedding, and fast internet. A Roku HDTV in each room allows you to stream matches throughout the tournament.
Bi-weekly cleaning with fresh linens and towels, utilities, and one free parking space are included. The layout is ideal for solo travelers or couples looking for more space than a hotel.
With restaurants, grocery stores, and Midtown attractions nearby, this is a comfortable and convenient home base for your stay.

Pets
We love four-legged guests! We can host up to 2 small-to-medium pets per unit. To get started, let us know your pet’s breed, weight, and age at least 3 days before arrival via the Guest Check-in & Lodging Agreement. Please note that Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, and Doberman Pinschers are not permitted.
Cats are welcome with prior written approval, but must be declawed. Clawed cats are not permitted due to furniture damage. Guests are responsible for the full replacement cost of any damage caused by their pet(s), regardless of whether the animal is a Registered Service Animal or Emotional Support Animal.
Pet fees are not included in your original booking price and are added after approval. Stays under 45 days are charged a one-time $55 fee. Stays of 45 days or more are charged $55 per month.
During your stay, please keep your pet from disturbing neighbors. If a scheduled cleaning is taking place, pets must be secured or removed from the unit for the duration. If an accident occurs, please notify us right away so we can help. Guests are responsible for all damage, soiling, or excessive hair left by their pet(s).

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification
All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and the information provided is verified.
The minimum age to book a reservation with Property Manager is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.
Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver’s license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”
Property Manager reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to Property Manager.
