This well presented, perfectly located holiday home has everything you need for an enjoyable South Coast Holiday. Located only seconds to the beach, shops and Merry Street Restaurant & Bar, you can hang up the car keys - and, it is pet friendly! See for yourself why this popular holiday home keeps guests returning time and time again.
The living area, kitchen, bathroom and 3 bedrooms are upstairs, with decks both front and rear (rear with gas Bbq) . Downstairs offers the laundry, table tennis table and extra shower and toilet. The property is also fully fenced for your family’s security and enjoyment.
Kioloa is a beautiful, quiet seaside town surrounded by water, bushland and spectacular national parks, and is just minutes to some of the best beaches, lakes and fishing spots on the NSW Coast. Adventurous activity options include a visit to Bawley Vale Estate Winery to sample their award-winning wine, while the children are entertained by a range of farm animals including alpacas, deer and sheep; and for the young and the young at heart, a visit to the Mogo Wildlife Park is a must - take the opportunity to see many rare and exotic animals including the only white lions in Australia! While at Mogo, take a trip back to the gold rush days and visit Old Mogo Town Gold Rush Theme Park, where you can pan for gold, explore the mine tunnel and check out the digger’s camp, or simply enjoy a picnic by the lake.
