Located 9 kilometers from the city center, approximately 20 minutes by car, on the Route de Ouarzazate, the villa allows you to take advantage of our concierge service to organize your entire stay. The villa is located in a quiet, family-friendly, and secure residence with a caretaker and 24/7 surveillance cameras. The development is 20 minutes from the city center and in close proximity to the Oberoi Hotel and the American School of Marrakech. The villa consists of: * 3 bedrooms * 2 bathrooms * A large living room * A fully equipped open-plan kitchen * A heated swimming pool with no overlooking neighbors * A garden with outdoor games, including a trampoline, badminton, and football goals * A private parking space High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. You have the option of hiring a cook for the day, with prices available on request. Groceries remain at your expense. The accommodation is located 30–35 minutes by car from the airport, approximately 18 km. You can book an “Airport > Villa” transfer with one of our private drivers for an additional fee, or rent a car, with prices available on request. Outside guests who are not included in the booking are not allowed in the villa. You will be able to fully enjoy the heated swimming pool, heated to a maximum of 28/29 degrees and not heated during the summer period, as well as the garden and the various facilities available to you, including football, trampoline, and badminton. We can offer car rental or organize transfers from the villa. Please note, however, that it is preferable to have a vehicle to get around Marrakech. Included in the price of your stay: * Concierge service, including reservations for activities, restaurants, etc. * Check-out cleaning Not included in the price of your stay: * Cleaning service, available as an extra and including sheet changes, towel changes, and full cleaning of the villa * Cooking services Upon your arrival, we provide toilet paper in each WC. It is only replenished when you request a cleaning service. Outside guests who are not included in the booking are not allowed in the villa. Smoking is prohibited inside the villa. Pets are not allowed. For security and liability reasons, only staff provided by our agency are authorized to access the villas. Guests are not permitted to bring in their own staff, such as cleaners, cooks, or other personnel, during their stay. Our properties are regularly maintained by our staff to ensure optimal service, including the pool and garden. The visit times will be communicated to you in advance and adjusted according to your convenience. No intervention will be carried out without prior authorization. Drone use The use of drones is strictly prohibited within the property for safety and privacy reasons. Check-out and late fees Check-out must be strictly respected at the agreed time. In the event of a delay, the following fees will apply: €30 per hour of delay Beyond 4 hours of delay, a full night will be charged.
