There are places designed to be perfect…
and places designed to be remembered.
Torrenueva is the second.
Wake up to soft sunlight filling the room, the Mediterranean stretching endlessly in front of you. From the master bedroom, the sea is not just a view, it’s the first thing you see, every morning.
Step outside and everything slows down.
A wide green lawn opens up in front of you, perfect for children to play, for long afternoons in the sun, or a quiet morning coffee surrounded by palm trees and sea breeze.
Just steps away, a peaceful pool sits within a traditional Andalusian community: calm, residential, and full of character.
Wherever you are cooking in the kitchen, relaxing in the living room, or waking up in bed, the Mediterranean is always in sight, quietly accompanying every moment of your day.
And just moments away stands the Torrenueva watchtower.
Built in the 16th century, around 1568, this historic coastal tower was once part of a defensive network protecting the Andalusian shoreline from pirate incursions. For centuries, signals of fire and smoke connected these towers along the coast, quiet guardians watching over the Mediterranean.
Today, it still stands, now restored, proud, and timeless.
A reminder that this place has always been lived in, protected, and deeply rooted in history.
This is not a polished, modern apartment and it’s not trying to be.
The kitchen is simple and functional with the Mediterranean always in sight
There are no blackout curtains here, the sunlight wakes you naturally gently filling the space each morning
And from the garden and terrace, you will hear the distant sound of the A7 coastal road. Inside the home, however, it becomes quiet and restful.
These are not flaws. They are part of being somewhere real.
This home is for a certain kind of guest:
Someone who values charm over perfection.
Who prefers authenticity over design trends.
Who wants to feel the South of Spain—not just stay in it.
If you are looking for a modern, silent, hotel-like space… this is probably not the right fit.
But if you’re dreaming of warm evenings, sea views from your bed, children playing on the grass, and that unmistakable Andalusian feeling—sun, salt air, jasmine, history, and the sea all around you…
Then Torrenueva is exactly where you want to be
