Whether you relax by curling up on the large sofa with a fire on, or making the most of an impressive kitchen (complete with a view from the sink window and wine fridge for your bottles), this home will immediately put you in vacation mode... especially because the kids will be so entertained by ping pong and movies in the game room, you might even forget what time it is!
On the home’s main level you’ll find the primary bedroom suite, which boasts its own fireplace and an incredible freestanding soaking tub.
Up the stairs you’ll find a guest room with king bed and guest room with two twin beds (they even have trundle beds beneath for an ultimate kid sleep over).
Unique to this property, the 4th bedroom is a detached apartment with a full kitchen, sitting room and bathroom... perfect for anyone who needs a little separation from any noise in the main house.
In the evenings, you’ll enjoy golden hour roasting marshmallows around the firepit, or walk down to the water’s edge to find calm water after a busy day of activities.
Geneva Pines is the best set up for 1 or 2 families or 3 couples!! You’ll be coming back again and again.
With a primary suite on the main floor, Geneva Pines is a great home for people with limited mobility. There are only 4 steps from parking to the front door, and once inside guest staying in the primary suite can enjoy their entire stay without needing to use stairs.
In case you missed it... Bedroom 4 is a detached apartment with its own kitchen, living room and bathroom! Perfect for anyone needing a little more space (and a little more peace and quiet).
