Welcome to Waterwheel condominiums, the perfect spot for you and your guests to relax and float the day away and spend your nights exploring all that New Braunfels has to offer. It is walking distance to downtown New Braunfels, Schlitterbahn and only 3 miles to historic Gruene. The private balcony, which is perfect for sipping your morning coffee from the Keurig coffee maker or a glass of wine at night, has a table with seating. This balcony opens up into the cozy living room with a sofa sleeper, Cable TV, and free WIFI. The kitchen comes stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils. Dining table seats 4 and there are 4 barstools at the breakfast bar. Stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. The master bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV and a private full bathroom with shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the guest bathroom with a walk in shower is located conveniently just outside in the hall. The third bedroom has a Queen bed. All bathrooms come with hotel size amenities, bath towels, and two rolls of toilet paper. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms.
It is an easy walk down to the river! Rockin’ R River Rides is less than one miles away. The complex has 2 pools, 4 hot tubs, communal charcoal grills and an amazing amount of beautiful green grass and beautiful trees. It’s a perfect place for a picnic!
Only 2 vehicles allowed. This condo is on the 3rd floor and does have an elevator. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. 2 dogs allowed at an additional rate of $25 per day per dog. You will receive 2 parking passes and 8 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time!
