This fully furnished condo comes with all the necessities for a great vacation! The open living room has huge windows that boasts a beautiful view. The dining table seats four, and there is seating for three more at the breakfast bar. The condo sleeps six with a Queen size bed in the guest bedroom, a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room, and a master bedroom with a King size bed. The master bedroom includes an en suite bathroom. The second bathroom is located conveniently for the second bedroom and the living room. All bathrooms come stocked with hotel sized amenities! High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. The complex has 2 pools, 4 hot tubs, charcoal grills and an amazing amount of beautiful green grass and beautiful trees. It’s a perfect place for a picnic! Walking distance to downtown New Braunfels and Schlitterbahn and only 3 miles to Gruene. Rockin’ R River Rides is only .7 miles away. You can float down the Guadalupe River and get out right by this condo. Less than 3 miles to historic downtown Gruene. This condo is on the third floor and does have an elevator. This condo only provides 2 parking spots. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. Not pets allowed. You will receive 2 parking passes and 6 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time.
