No waiting in line with the private river access just steps outside of your backdoor, as well as a fire pit (fire wood not provided). This home is located between the 2nd the 3rd bridge crossings on River Road. Spacious kitchen with an island, large dining area and living room. There is a double oven however one oven does not work and the replacement is on back order so you will only have access to one oven during your stay. The downstairs features 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed each and a full bathroom conveniently located between them. Upstairs you will find the huge master bedroom with a king size bed and not one but two full bathrooms, lots of space and a private covered deck with breathtaking views of the river!
On the other side of the kitchen there is a separate great room with a river view and 3 queen size beds. There is a bathroom and shower in this new addition and 2 beautiful French doors that both open up onto the large deck. This home has all the comforts of home including washer and dryer, cable TV and WIFI. Easy river access and the perfect escape for friends and family!
There are wonderful tube rentals, shuttle services, and entertainment up and down River Road! The closest tube rental to the home is Billy Goat’s Gruff. The best fishing in the area! Just a short drive to Gruene and downtown New Braunfels, which both offer fine dining establishments, entertainment, and numerous activities. Gruene Hall is the oldest dance hall in Texas and a famous landmark. Gruene also offers great shopping, restaurants and wine tasting. Close to the outlet malls, Schlitterbahn and Canyon Lake. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. This home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. You can park 5 vehicles at this property. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
